Our membership comprises retired members of the Victorian Principal class.
Membership is open to Primary, Secondary and Special School Principals.
As such we have much in common -
• common experiences during times of rapid change in the school system.
• a collegiality and friendship
• past support in both professional and personal development
The RVPA enables each retiree -
• to maintain or renew friendships
• to meet twice annually for a luncheon meeting at a
function venue in Melbourne;
presently at ANZAC House in Collins Street;
previously at the Mercure Hotel in Spring Street.
• To contribute to and receive two informative and entertaining Magazines per year.
• To keep in touch with current issues in a non political environment.
• To participate in a number of social outings to places of great interest.
• To keep abreast of issues relevant to our financial security.
• To log onto our new Web site, www.rvpa.org.au and contribute to its development.
• To provide and receive personal support in times of need.
